Tonight we make: Tortilla Soup, Chile Rellenos with 2 Batters & Red Chile Sauce, Jalapeno Poppers, New Mexico Rubbed Hot Smoked Salmon, Green Chile Mashed Potatoes, Green Chile Cole Slaw, and Dulce de Leche Ice Cream with Red Chile Caramel Sauce.
