Join Christine Hickman for another terrific Italian menu inspired by her time living in Perugia, Italy. Today she celebrates the tasty comfort foods she enjoyed during the colder months. We'll pretend we're cooking over a roaring fire as we prepare: Polenta Dumplings in Broth (Canederli), Italian Vegetable & Sausage Stew (Zuppa Arcidossana), Prosciutto & Fig "Pizza", Warm Friulian Salad, Ricotta Pudding with Sautéed Pears.
