KNIFE SKILLS WORKSHOP

Saturday, January 11 @ 3 PM-5 PM

By popular demand, a special class to introduce our students to the fundamentals of good knife skills; holding, chopping, sharpening, and knife storage. We will practice cutting a variety of vegetable shapes including dice, julienne, mince, and brunoise. Students will receive a 10% discount on all knife purchases on the day of the class (Sets and sale items excluded). If you received a knife for Christmas or you purchased a knife from us with 150.00 value or more-this class is free. Please call the store to register. (Hands-On)
