Perfect for cold weather cooking our menu includes: Green Chile Stew with Cheddar Crust, Carne Adovada with Green Chile Mashed Potatoes, Pork Carnitas with Corn Tortillas, Posole Verde, and Blue Corn Pudding for dessert.
