Tonight we explore the chile-rich stews and slow cooked meat dishes that are the basis of our New Mexican Cuisine. Perfect for cold weather cooking our menu includes: Green Chile Stew with Cheddar Crust, Carne Adovada with Green Chile Mashed Potatoes, Pork Carnitas with Corn Tortillas, Posole Verde, and Blue Corn Pudding for dessert.
