Our Sous Chef Erik Gonzales has a special affinity with plant based cooking and regularly prepares delicious, plant based meals for his family. Erik has cooked in the kitchens of a variety of restaurants preparing an eclectic list of cuisines. Tonight he shares some of his favorite family recipes, so delicious you won't miss the meats. Our menu includes: Veggie Couscous served with tofu 3-ways, Kale Salad with Tahini Dressing and Bhel Puri (a tasty crunchy, savory snack from India), Date Coffee Cake with Cashew Whipped Cream. Erik will also discuss how to adapt recipes to fit a plant based diet including the use of egg replacers. (Hands-On)
